However the Solís brothers have no such restrictions in Spain and so sent a team to Italy to learn the secrets of capturing Prosecco’s trademark soft rounded fruit. Prosecco’s Glera grape couldn’t cope with the hot Spanish sun so the team used a blend of crisp Airen and delicate fruit Viura to craft this great value fizz.
